PRR7/TRAP3 (proline-rich 7, transmembrane adaptor protein 3)는 약 28 kDa의 막관통 어댑터 단백질로, 주로 뇌에서 낮은 수준으로 발현됩니다. 이 단백질은 포유류 및 기타 종에서 높은 보존성을 보이며, 지질 뗏목(lipid raft)에 존재하고 PSD-95, NMDA 수용체 등과 연관된 시냅스 후 밀집(postsynaptic density) 복합체의 일부입니다.
