Target Information
Hepatitis C virus (HCV)는 Flaviviridae 과에 속하는 작은(55–65 nm), 외피를 가진 양성 단일가닥 RNA 바이러스입니다. HCV는 간염 및 간세포암(HCC), 림프종 등의 원인이 됩니다.
Nonstructural protein 3 (NS3, p-70)은 HCV polyprotein의 70 kDa 절단 산물로 serine protease로 작용합니다. 단백질의 C-말단 2/3는 helicase 및 nucleoside triphosphatase 활성을 가지며, N-말단 180개의 아미노산은 NS2 단백질의 cofactor domain 역할을 합니다.
