1. Urine Stabilizer Single Dose Ampules

2. Urine Collection and Preservation Tubes

   • 건조 안정화제가 포함된 튜브 형태
   • 오렌지색 안정화제 펠릿이 녹을 때까지 부드럽게 혼합

     • 15cc 튜브: 5–15mL 소변

소변 샘플은 여러 건강한 기증자로부터 수집 후 Norgen의 5cc 튜브(Cat# 18116)에 분주되어 -20°C, 4°C, 실온에서 최대 48개월간 보관되었습니다. DNA는 다양한 시점(0~24개월)에서 추출되어 PCR 분석을 통해 안정성이 확인되었습니다.
