Product Specific Information
A 1:1,000 dilution of PA5-77829 was sufficient for detection of HSP70 Acetyl Lys77 in 10 µg of human HeLa cell lysates by ECL immunoblot analysis using goat anti-rabbit IgG:HRP as the secondary antibody.
Binds to acetylated lysine 77 on HSP70 and detects a 70 kDa band.
Target Information
HSP70는 다양한 생물학적 스트레스(고온 등)에 반응하여 발현되는 Heat Shock Protein 계열 단백질입니다. HSP70 패밀리에는 HSP70, HSP72, HSC70, GRP78(BiP), HSP75(p75) 등이 포함됩니다.
이 단백질들은 단백질의 변성 방지, 신규 번역 단백질의 접힘(folding) 조절, 단백질 분해 경로(ubiquitin-proteasome pathway) 조절 등 다양한 세포 내 기능에 관여합니다.
HSP70 유전자는 MHC class III 영역에 위치하며, 유사 단백질을 암호화하는 두 개의 관련 유전자와 함께 클러스터를 형성합니다.
