This antibody detects endogenous levels of total Neutrophil Elastase.
Target Information
Neutrophil elastase is a 218-amino-acid protein with two asparagine-linked carbohydrate chains (glycosylated form). It is localized in azurophil granules within the neutrophil cytoplasm. Two isoforms have been identified, termed IIa and IIb.
