Target Information
LSm11은 360개의 아미노산으로 구성된 단백질로, 핵에 위치하며 snRNP Sm 단백질의 LSm 하위 계통에 속합니다. N-말단 도메인은 pre-mRNA 절단에 필요하며, LSm11은 U7 snRNA에 특이적으로 결합하여 세포 주기 조절 및 세포 성장에 관여하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다. LSm11 유전자는 인간 염색체 5번에 위치하며, 이 염색체는 약 1억 8천만 염기쌍을 포함하고 전체 인간 유전체의 약 6%를 차지합니다. 염색체 5번의 p 팔 결실은 Cri du chat 증후군을 유발하며, q 팔 또는 전체 염색체 5번의 결실은 치료 관련 급성 골수성 백혈병 및 골수이형성증후군에서 흔히 관찰됩니다.
