Target Information
CD82는 transmembrane 4 superfamily에 속하는 막당단백질로, 전이 억제 유전자로 알려져 있습니다. 이 유전자의 발현은 인간 암의 진행 과정에서 감소하며, p53에 의해 활성화될 수 있습니다. CD82와 p53의 발현은 강하게 상관되어 있으며, 두 단백질의 발현 소실은 전립선암 환자의 생존율 저하와 관련이 있습니다. 이 유전자는 서로 다른 아이소폼을 암호화하는 두 가지 전사 변이체를 가집니다.
