Donkey anti-goat IgG whole antibodies는 인체, 마우스, 래빗, 랫 IgG 및 비면역성 염소 혈청에 대해 교차흡착되어 교차반응성을 최소화합니다. 이 정제 과정은 항체의 특이성을 높이고 배경 염색을 줄여줍니다.
교차흡착은 잠재적 교차반응 종의 혈청 단백질을 고정화한 컬럼을 통해 수행되며, 비특이적 결합 항체는 컬럼에 포획되고 높은 특이성을 가진 항체만 통과합니다. 이러한 추가 정제 단계는 다중 염색 또는 형광 염색 실험에서 유용합니다.
