제품 설명

Pierce Protease Inhibitor Mini Tablets protect proteins from degradation by inhibiting serine, cysteine, aspartic acid proteases, and aminopeptidases commonly present in cell lysates.
Each tablet contains AEBSF, aprotinin, bestatin, E-64, leupeptin, and pepstatin A.
Stable for storage at 4°C for up to 12 months, each mini tablet is sufficient for 10 mL of solution, ideal for reagent preparation prior to protein extraction from tissue and cultured cells.

Proteases are enzymes that catalyze the breakdown of proteins into peptides or amino acids. Upon cell lysis, proteases are released, leading to unwanted protein degradation. To prevent this, protease inhibitors are added to lysis buffers or extracts.

사용 방법

Dissolve 1 tablet in 10 mL of buffer or lysate.
Compatible with most detergent-based lysis reagents, including Pierce Cell Lysis solutions.
Note: These tablets do not contain phosphatase inhibitors. If required, add Pierce Phosphatase Inhibitor Mini Tablets together with protease inhibitors.
