Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to reach a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
PASK is an evolutionarily conserved protein found in yeast, flies, and mammals. PAS domains regulate intracellular signaling pathways responding to extrinsic and intrinsic stimuli. PASKIN contains PAS A and PAS B domains, and a serine/threonine kinase domain similar to AMP kinases. Its activity decreases carbohydrate storage and increases protein synthesis. PASKIN-dependent phosphorylation inhibits mammalian glycogen synthase activity.
