닭, 인도몽작쥐, 중국 햄스터, 인간, 초파리, 쥐, 아프리카녹색원숭이, 마우스 시료에서 반응성을 보입니다.
면역조직화학 염색 시에는 pressure cooker 방법을 이용한 열매개 항원 회수(heat-mediated antigen retrieval) 를 권장합니다.

Target Information
Alpha Tubulin은 beta Tubulin과 이합체(heterodimer)를 형성하여 미세소관(microtubule)의 기본 단위를 구성합니다.
이 미세소관은 거의 모든 진핵세포에 존재하는 원통형 구조로, 세포 내 구조적 지지와 수송 경로를 제공하며, 유사분열(mitosis) 과정에서도 중요한 역할을 합니다.
Alpha 및 beta Tubulin 유전자는 종 간 높은 보존성을 보이며, 인간 alpha Tubulin 유전자는 마우스 및 랫의 Tuba1 유전자와 높은 유사성을 가집니다.
Northern blot 분석에 따르면, 이 유전자는 형태학적으로 분화된 신경 세포에서 주로 발현됩니다.
