Target Information
Anti-Rat 2차 항체는 랫트 면역글로불린에 대한 특이성이 잘 규명된 친화정제 항체로, 검출, 분류 또는 정제에 유용합니다.
2차 항체는 다양한 검출 시스템(HRP, AP, 형광 등)과 함께 사용 가능하며, 여러 개의 2차 항체가 하나의 1차 항체에 결합할 수 있어 신호 증폭을 통한 감도 향상에 기여합니다.
대부분의 2차 항체는 대상 종의 면역글로불린을 면역원으로 하여 제조되며, 추가로 면역친화 크로마토그래피, 단편화, 표지 결합 등의 과정을 통해 고특이성 시약으로 정제됩니다.
