Target Information
CLASP2는 미세소관의 +말단에 결합하여 동적 미세소관의 안정화를 촉진하는 단백질입니다.
이 단백질은 세포 이동 시 세포 전방부로의 미세소관 배열 극성화에 필요하며, ERC1 및 PHLDB2로 구성된 피질 플랫폼에 미세소관 +말단을 부착시켜 탈중합 미세소관의 복구 빈도를 증가시킵니다.
이러한 피질 미세소관 안정화 기능은 인지질이노시톨 3-키나아제 신호에 의해 부분적으로 조절됩니다.
또한, CLASP2는 방추체의 양극 정렬에 필수적인 키네토코어에서도 유사한 안정화 기능을 수행합니다.
