Product Specific Information
Immunohistochemistry (PFA fixed): incubate antibody for 30 min at room temperature. Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires heating tissue sections in 10 mM Tris with 1 mM EDTA, pH 9.0, for 45 min at 95°C followed by cooling at room temperature for 20 minutes.

Prohibitin은 진화적으로 보존된 유전자에서 유래하며, 세포 증식을 음성 조절하는 종양 억제 인자로 알려져 있습니다. PHB 변이는 산발적 유방암과 관련이 있으며, 두 가지 길이의 3’ untranslated region을 가진 전사체로 발현됩니다. 긴 전사체는 증식 조직과 세포에서 높은 수준으로 존재하며, trans-acting regulatory RNA로 기능할 가능성이 있습니다.
