Target Information
CLPH (Casein-Like Phosphoprotein)은 진화적으로 보존된 고환 특이적 세포질 단백질로, 쥐의 정자형성 과정 중 후기 생식세포에서만 발현됩니다.
이 단백질은 casein kinase 2에 의해 인산화되는 무질서한 칼슘 결합 단백질로, 정자형성 단계에서 발현 수준이 다양하게 변합니다.
CLPH는 정자 분화의 마지막 단계에서 미토콘드리아 내막과 자주 연관되며, 단일배체 생식세포에서 복잡한 구조 재배열 과정에 관여합니다.
