Target Information

CD27은 TNF 수용체 초가족(Tumor Necrosis Factor Receptor Superfamily)에 속하는 50 kDa 단백질로, CD40 및 CD30과 유사한 구조를 갖습니다. TNF 초가족은 세포 증식 및 사멸 조절에 관여하며, CD27과 그 리간드 CD70의 발현은 주로 림프구에 국한되어 있습니다.
CD27은 성숙한 흉선세포, 말초 혈액 T세포 및 일부 B세포에서 이황화 결합된 호모다이머 형태로 발현됩니다. T세포 활성화 시 CD27 발현이 증가하며, 용해형 형태(sCD27)는 혈장, 소변, 뇌척수액 등에서 검출됩니다. 이는 급성 및 만성 B세포 종양의 예후 마커로 알려져 있습니다.
CD27 결합 단백질인 SIVA는 세포사멸(apoptosis)에 관여하며, CD27 기능 이상은 Lymphoproliferative Syndrome 2 및 Autosomal Recessive Lymphoproliferative Syndrome과 관련이 있습니다.
