Product Specific Information
- Immunohistochemistry (PFA fixed) 시, 항체를 실온에서 30분간 반응시킵니다.
- 포르말린 고정 조직 염색 시, 10 mM Tris 및 1 mM EDTA (pH 9.0) 용액에서 95°C로 45분간 가열 후, 실온에서 20분간 냉각하는 전처리가 필요합니다.

CD61 (GPIIIa, ITGB3)은 거대핵세포, 혈소판 및 그 전구세포에서 발현되는 당단백질입니다.
이 항원은 혈소판 응집에 관여하며, 피브리노겐, 피브로넥틴, 폰빌레브란트 인자(von Willebrand factor), 비트로넥틴(vitronectin) 등의 수용체로 작용합니다.
