Product Specific Information
- Immunohistochemistry (PFA fixed): Incubate antibody for 30 min at room temperature.
- For formalin-fixed tissues: Heat tissue sections in 10 mM Tris with 1 mM EDTA, pH 9.0, for 45 min at 95°C, then cool at room temperature for 20 min.
Target Information
CD61 (GPIIIa, ITGB3)는 거핵세포, 혈소판 및 그 전구세포에서 발견되는 당단백질로, 혈소판 응집에 관여하며 피브리노겐, 피브로넥틴, von Willebrand factor, 비트로넥틴 등의 수용체 역할을 합니다.
CD61은 105 kDa의 당단백질로, 세포 표면에서 αIIb 인테그린(CD41) 또는 αV 인테그린(CD51)과 결합합니다.
혈소판과 거핵세포에서는 CD41과, 내피세포·단핵세포·골파괴세포에서는 CD51과 함께 발현됩니다.
CD61은 세포 부착 및 세포 표면 신호 전달에도 관여하며, Glanzmann Thrombasthenia 및 Platelet type-16 Bleeding Disorder와 관련이 있습니다.
