The Attune™ NxT Fluorescent Protein Filter Kit enables the configuration of the Attune™ NxT Acoustic Focusing Cytometer for multiplex detection of GFP, YFP, and mCherry fluorescent proteins.
Optimized for Fluorescent Protein Detection
Detecting multiple fluorescent proteins while maintaining optimal signal separation can be challenging due to emission overlap. This filter kit is optimized for:
- GFP detection in the BL1 channel with a 510/10 BP filter (blue laser)
- YFP detection in the BL2 channel with a 540/30 BP filter (blue laser)
- mCherry detection in the YL2 channel with a 615/25 BP filter (yellow laser)
