Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to reach a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments using carrier-free antibody, perform an additional desalting step (Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

MIPEP performs the final step in processing nuclear-encoded proteins targeted to the mitochondrial matrix or inner membrane. It is involved in the maturation of oxidative phosphorylation (OXPHOS)-related proteins and may contribute to frataxin deficiency-related effects and Friedreich ataxia manifestations.
