Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
Members of the F-box protein family, such as FBXO42, contain an approximately 40-amino acid F-box motif. SCF complexes (SKP1, cullin, and F-box proteins) function as protein-ubiquitin ligases. F-box proteins interact with SKP1 through the F-box domain and bind ubiquitination targets via other interaction domains.
