Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
MAPKAPK5 (PRAK) is a serine/threonine kinase activated in response to cellular stress and pro-inflammatory cytokines. Its activity is regulated by p38 alpha and p38 beta kinases. It phosphorylates HSP27 at physiologically relevant sites. Two alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been reported.
