Product Specific Information
- For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
- For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
UBE2T is a ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme (E2) involved in the covalent attachment of ubiquitin to protein substrates. It plays a key role in mitomycin-C (MMC)-induced DNA repair and catalyzes monoubiquitination of FANCD2, a critical step in the DNA damage response pathway.
Defects in the UBE2T gene are associated with Fanconi anemia complementation group T.
