Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments using this carrier-free antibody, perform an additional desalting step.

Target Information
NMYC interactor (NMI) encodes a protein that interacts with NMYC and CMYC (oncogene Myc family members) and other transcription factors containing Zip, HLH, or HLH-Zip motifs.
NMI interacts with all STATs except STAT2 and enhances STAT-mediated transcription in response to cytokines IL2 and IFN-γ.
NMI mRNA shows low expression in most human fetal and adult tissues except brain and high expression in myeloid leukemia cell lines.
