Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
NMYC interactor (NMI) encodes a protein that interacts with NMYC and CMYC, members of the oncogene Myc family, as well as other transcription factors with Zip, HLH, or HLH-Zip motifs.
NMI interacts with all STATs except STAT2, enhancing STAT-mediated transcription in response to cytokines IL2 and IFN-γ.
NMI mRNA shows low expression in most human tissues except brain and is highly expressed in myeloid leukemia cell lines.
