Target Information
FIP1L1은 pre-mRNA 3'-말단 형성에 중요한 역할을 하는 cleavage and polyadenylation specificity factor (CPSF) 복합체의 구성요소입니다.
이 단백질은 AAUAAA 신호 서열을 인식하고 poly(A) polymerase 및 다른 인자들과 상호작용하여 절단 및 poly(A) 첨가를 유도합니다.
또한 poly(A) 부위 인식에 기여하고 poly(A) 첨가를 촉진하며, poly(A) 부위를 둘러싼 U-rich RNA 서열 요소에 결합합니다.
FIP1L1은 poly(A) polymerase를 CPSF 복합체에 결합시키는 역할을 할 수 있습니다.
