Target Information
SPT16과 SSRP1은 모든 진핵세포에서 발견되며, 필수적인 이합체 복합체의 일부로 존재합니다. 두 단백질은 FACT(Facilitates Chromatin Transcription)라 불리는 고농도의 핵 복합체를 형성합니다. FACT는 RNA polymerase II가 뉴클레오솜을 통과할 때 전사 효율을 향상시키며, DNA 복제 시에도 DNA polymerase의 진행을 돕는 역할을 하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다.
