Target Information
IL-1 receptor associated kinases (IRAKs)는 Toll/IL-1 신호 경로에 관여하는 serine/threonine kinase입니다. TLR 활성화 시 MYD88에 의해 수용체 신호 복합체로 빠르게 모집되며, IRAK4에 의해 IRAK1이 인산화되고 자가 인산화 및 kinase 활성이 유도됩니다. 또한 IRAK1은 TIRAP을 인산화하여 유비퀴틴화 및 분해를 촉진하고, IRF7을 인산화하여 핵으로 이동시켜 type I IFN 유전자의 전사를 활성화합니다. 이는 세포를 항바이러스 상태로 유도합니다.
