Target Information
LILRA3는 leukocyte immunoglobulin-like receptor (LIR) 유전자 패밀리에 속하는 단백질입니다. LIR은 주로 단핵구와 B 세포에서 발현되는 억제 및 자극성 면역 수용체로, 수지상세포와 자연살해세포(NK cell)에서도 낮은 수준으로 발현됩니다.
LILRA3는 막 관통 영역이 없으며, class I MHC 항원의 가용성 수용체로 작용할 수 있습니다. 주로 B 세포에서 발현되며, 일부 NK 세포에서도 발현됩니다.
