Target Information
The CYTIP protein contains two leucine zipper domains and a putative C-terminal nuclear targeting signal, but lacks hydrophobic regions. It is weakly expressed in resting NK and T cells. CYTIP modulates ARF gene activation by interacting with CYTH1 and SNX27 proteins, possibly sequestering CYTH1 in the cytoplasm.
