Target Information
Crk-I와 Crk-II 형태는 생물학적 활성에서 차이를 보입니다. Crk-II는 Crk-I보다 변형 활성이 낮으며, Rac-의존적 방식으로 부착 유도 MAPK8 활성화, 막 주름 형성 및 세포 이동에 관여합니다. 또한 DOCK1 및 DOCK4와의 상호작용을 통해 세포사멸 세포의 식작용 및 세포 이동을 조절하며, EFNA5-EPHA3 신호 전달을 조절할 수 있습니다.
