Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of about 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform additional desalting using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
LMO2 encodes a cysteine-rich, two LIM-domain protein essential for yolk sac erythropoiesis.
It plays a central role in hematopoietic development and is highly conserved.
The transcription start site is located approximately 25 kb downstream from the 11p13 T-cell translocation cluster, associated with T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia-specific translocations.
Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms.
