Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The PDE1B protein belongs to the cyclic nucleotide phosphodiesterase (PDE) family, specifically the PDE1 subfamily.
Members of the PDE1 family are calmodulin-dependent enzymes stimulated by calcium-calmodulin complexes.
This enzyme hydrolyzes both cAMP and cGMP, showing a preference for cGMP, and plays a key role in regulating physiological processes.
Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been described.
