Reconstitution: Add 25 µL, 50 µL, or 0.2 mL of double distilled water (DDW) depending on sample size.
The antibody ships as a lyophilized powder at room temperature. Store at -20°C upon arrival.
Reconstituted solution can be kept at 4°C for up to 1 week. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C.
Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. Centrifuge all antibody preparations before use (10,000 × g, 5 min).

Target Information

P2rx6 encodes ligand-gated ion channel receptors activated by extracellular ATP.
Each receptor is a trimer composed of P2X1–7 subunits with two transmembrane domains.
P2rx6 is mainly expressed in skeletal muscle and regulated by p53.
The protein associates with VE-cadherin at adherens junctions in human umbilical vein endothelial cells.
Alternative splicing generates multiple transcript variants.
