Target Information
HLA-E는 HLA class I heavy chain paralogue로, heavy chain과 light chain(beta-2 microglobulin)으로 구성된 이합체입니다. Heavy chain은 막에 고정되어 있으며, 다른 class I 분자의 leader peptide에서 유래한 제한된 subset의 peptide를 결합합니다. Heavy chain은 약 45 kDa이며, 유전자는 8개의 exon을 포함합니다.

- Exon 2–3: α1, α2 domains (peptide 결합 부위)
- Exon 4: α3 domain
- Exon 5: transmembrane region
- Exon 6–7: cytoplasmic tail
