- 재구성 시, 100 µL의 증류수를 추가하여 최종 항체 농도를 약 1 mg/mL로 조정하는 것을 권장합니다.
- Carrier-free 항체를 결합 실험에 사용할 경우, 추가적인 탈염 과정(Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882)을 수행하는 것을 권장합니다.
Target Information
DPH2 유전자는 효모의 dph2 유전자와 유사한 두 개의 인간 유전자 중 하나로, diphthamide 생합성에 관여합니다. Diphthamide는 elongation factor 2(EF2)에 존재하는 번역 후 변형된 히스티딘 잔기로, 디프테리아 독소의 ADP-리보실화 표적입니다. 이 유전자는 서로 다른 두 가지 isoform을 암호화하는 전사 변이를 가지고 있습니다.
