For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

NR2C2 belongs to the nuclear hormone receptor family and functions as a ligand-activated transcription factor.
It includes:

• An N-terminal transactivation domain
• A central DNA-binding domain with two zinc fingers
• A C-terminal ligand-binding domain

Upon activation, the receptor/ligand complex translocates to the nucleus and binds to hormone response elements of target genes.
