Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The IFNLR1 gene encodes a member of the class II cytokine receptor family.
This protein forms a receptor complex with interleukin 10 receptor beta (IL10RB) and interacts with cytokines IL28A, IL28B, and IL29.
Expression of these cytokines is induced by viral infection.
Cells overexpressing IFNLR1 show enhanced responses to IL28A and IL29, but decreased response to IL28B.
Three alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been identified.
