Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The TRIM27 gene encodes a member of the tripartite motif (TRIM) family, characterized by three zinc-binding domains (RING, B-box type 1, B-box type 2) and a coiled-coil region.
This protein localizes to the nuclear matrix, interacts with the enhancer of polycomb protein, and represses gene transcription.
It may play a role in male germ cell differentiation.
Fusion of the N-terminus of this protein with the truncated C-terminus of the RET gene product can produce the ret transforming protein.
