Target Information
ITK는 T세포에서 발현되는 티로신 키나아제로, SH2 및 SH3 도메인을 포함합니다. ITK는 T세포의 증식과 분화에 관여하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다. Tec 계열의 비수용체 티로신 키나아제에는 Tec, Itk(Emt 또는 Tsk로도 알려짐), Btk(Atk, BPK 또는 Emb로도 알려짐), Bmx, Txk(Rlk로도 알려짐), Dsrc28C가 포함됩니다. 이들 단백질은 모두 SH3 및 SH2 도메인을 가지며, Txk와 Dsrc28C를 제외한 나머지는 PH(pleckstrin homology) 및 TH(Tec homology) 도메인을 N-말단에 포함합니다. Itk는 CD28과 결합하며, CD28 결합 이후 활성화됩니다.
