Target Information
Human rhinovirus 3C protease (HRV3C Protease)는 시스테인 프로테아제로서 Leu-Glu-Val-Leu-Phe-Gln-Gly-Pro 절단 부위를 인식하며, Gln과 Gly 사이를 절단합니다(Pro에 독립적). HRV3C Protease는 HRV3C 절단 서열을 가진 단백질의 융합 태그를 제거하는 데 사용되며, 절단 후 샘플에서 쉽게 제거할 수 있도록 이중 태그로 표지된 형태로 제공됩니다.
