Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments using this carrier-free antibody, it is recommended to perform an additional desalting step (e.g., using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The MPP3 gene encodes a member of the MAGUK (membrane-associated guanylate kinase homolog) family.
MAGUK proteins interact with the cytoskeleton and regulate cell proliferation, signaling pathways, and intracellular junctions.
This protein contains an SH3 (src homology 3) motif, commonly found in cytoskeleton-associated proteins involved in signal transduction.
Alternative splicing variants have been identified; one transcript variant is experimentally supported but does not encode a protein.
