- 재구성 시 멸균 증류수 100 µL를 첨가하여 최종 항체 농도 약 1 mg/mL로 조정 권장
- 결합 실험용 carrier-free 항체로 사용할 경우, 추가적인 탈염 과정(Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882) 수행을 권장
