For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

The proteasome is a multicatalytic proteinase complex with a highly ordered ring-shaped 20S core structure composed of four rings of 28 non-identical subunits (two α-rings and two β-rings).
Proteasomes are abundant in eukaryotic cells and cleave peptides in an ATP/ubiquitin-dependent, non-lysosomal pathway.
The immunoproteasome plays a crucial role in processing class I MHC peptides.
PSMB7 encodes a member of the proteasome B-type (T1B) family, a 20S core β subunit of the proteasome. Expression is downregulated by gamma interferon, and proteolytic processing is required for maturation. This subunit is absent in the immunoproteasome and replaced by catalytic subunit 2i (proteasome β10).
