For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

RWDD3 (RSUME) is a small RWD-containing protein that enhances SUMO conjugation, playing a key role in the regulatory network of immune-inflammatory signaling.
It increases IκB sumoylation and stability, thereby inhibiting TNF-α-induced NF-κB activity and reducing expression of inflammatory genes such as IL-8 and COX-2.
RWDD3 expression is induced under hypoxic conditions and may play a role in vascularization. Both BMP-4 and RWDD3 are potential targets in pituitary tumorigenesis.
