Description:
B-Ly7 단클론 항체는 인간 CD103(alpha E integrin)을 인식합니다. CD103은 integrin beta 7과 비공유적으로 결합하며, 주로 상피내 림프구 및 일부 말초 림프구에서 발현됩니다. 또한 hairy cell leukemia (HCL) 및 일부 만성 B세포 백혈병에서도 발현됩니다. 인간 T세포를 자극하면 CD103 발현이 증가하며, E-cadherin과 결합하여 장 상피로의 림프구 이동을 매개합니다.

Applications Tested:
자극된 인간 말초혈 세포를 이용한 유세포분석으로 검증되었으며, 5 µL (0.25 µg)/test 농도로 사용합니다. 1 test는 총 부피 100 µL 내에서 세포 수 10⁵~10⁸ 범위에서 최적화할 수 있습니다.
Fluorochrome Information:
PerCP-eFluor 710은 488 nm(Blue Laser)에서 여기되고 710 nm에서 방출됩니다. 710/50 bandpass 필터 사용을 권장하며, 695/40 필터도 대안으로 사용 가능합니다. 장비가 해당 형광체를 감지할 수 있는지 확인이 필요합니다.
Light Sensitivity:
본 형광체는 광산화에 민감하므로, 시약 및 염색된 샘플은 빛으로부터 보호해야 합니다.
Fixation:

Target Information
CD103 (ITGAE, Integrin alpha E)은 점막 관련 T림프구 및 활성화된 세포에서 발현되는 단백질로, αE(150 kDa) 및 β7(120 kDa) 사슬로 구성된 이합체입니다.
CD103은 말초혈 및 림프기관의 0.5~2% 림프구에서 발현되며, 일부 골수세포에서도 관찰됩니다. ITGAE 유전자는 세포외 도메인에서 절단되어 이황화 결합된 중쇄 및 경쇄를 형성하며, β7 integrin과 결합해 E-cadherin 결합 integrin을 형성합니다.
CD103은 장 상피내 림프구에서 주로 발현되며, 세포 부착 및 활성화 보조 분자로 기능합니다.
CD103 이상 발현은 hairy cell leukemia 및 splenic marginal zone lymphoma와 관련이 있습니다.
