Target Information
NCK1 is a signaling and transforming adaptor protein containing Src homology 2 (SH2) and Src homology 3 (SH3) domains. It is located in the cytoplasm and mediates signal transduction from receptor tyrosine kinases to downstream effectors such as RAS. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been identified.
