Product Specific Information
- Immunohistochemistry (PFA fixed): incubate antibody for 30 min at room temperature.
- Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires heating tissue sections in 10 mM Tris with 1 mM EDTA, pH 9.0, for 45 min at 95°C, followed by cooling at room temperature for 20 minutes.
Target Information
TLE1 is a transcriptional corepressor that binds to multiple transcription factors. It inhibits NF-kappa-B-regulated gene expression and transcriptional activation mediated by FOXA2, CTNNB1, and TCF family members in Wnt signaling. The activity of full-length TLE family members can be modulated by association with dominant-negative AES. It also functions as a coactivator for ESRRG.
