Apical cell membrane; Peripheral membrane protein (cytoplasmic side); Cell projection; Microvillus membrane; Ruffle membrane; Cytoplasm (cell cortex, cytoskeleton). Localization to the apical membrane of parietal cells depends on interaction with PALS1. Also localizes to cell extensions and peripheral processes of astrocytes. Microvillar peripheral membrane protein (cytoplasmic side).
