PGP9.5 (Protein gene product 9.5, UCH-L1, PARK5)는 신경 특이적 단백질로, neuron specific enolase와 구조적으로 및 면역학적으로 구별됩니다. 분자량은 27 kDa이며, ubiquitin carboxyl-terminal hydrolase family 1 (peptidase family C12)에 속합니다. 이 단백질은 ubiquitin hydrolase 및 ligase 활성을 가지며, ubiquitin 단량체를 생성하기 위해 작은 C-말단 부착물을 가수분해합니다.
